Our approach

Matching with our candidate database as well as active search in business networks such as XING, LinkedIn and other social media channels such as Facebook, as well as food industry-specific networks. We identify potential candidates in line with your requirement profile.

Outreach

We actively approach suitable candidates, conduct an initial profile alignment, activate, mobilise and motivate them, and maintain continuous follow-up.

Short Interview

We conduct a personal short interview (30–45 minutes) via telephone or video call. We place particular emphasis on assessing willingness to change, mobility and overall suitability based on the criteria defined in your briefing.

Selection

We handle the pre-selection, create comprehensive candidate profiles including CVs, and guide you and the candidates through the entire recruitment process in close communication.

Follow-up support

Even after a successful placement, we continue to support you as a reliable partner and assist you with our professional expertise.

Our goal

is to recommend 3-5 suitable candidates to you within 4 weeks.

Before starting his career in recruitment, he worked for several years in the food industry himself and grew up in his parents’ family business, a fourth-generation confectionery. As a consultant, he is known for his passion for the industry and his tireless commitment in working with clients and candidates.
